Return Exchange Refund Agenda:

When a client receives a product and delivery is complete, he/she has 3 days to exchange size and inform the customer service team about any defect and blemish on the item.

The Faulty item might be returned to Lerita Customer Service Team within 3 days of delivery. Upon consideration by our team we will inform the customer about the product and if any request of size exchange, damage product and return is applicable.

In any case no money shall be returned to the customer. If he/she receives a faulty or damaged item from Lerita, it shall be forwarded to Online credit where they will be able to choose a similar product in the same/higher price range.

If the quality of the product is compromised or discoloration happens within 7 days of delivery, the customer must notify the Customer Service team.

Any Exchange or Return issue must be solved under 7 days' duration from the date of delivery. After that time period none party would be able to place any request for exchange or return.

Every client must be informed to check the status of the product before they take delivery and place the payment by our delivery service provider.

Every customer must be encouraged about on spot return if they find a faulty item or size issue.

Discount Sales:

Return, exchange and refund policy will not be applicable for any discounted product(s). Any discount item once purchased cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Express Delivery:

To get same day delivery order needs to be placed before 11 am.

Order needs to be confirmed by the customer service team within 12 pm.

Product will be delivered to the customer within 6 hours of handing over to the delivery agent.

An express delivery charge of extra 200 BDT.

For accessories order need to pay full in advance to process delivery.
